TechDivision provides local IT support services for small businesses and home workers, specialising in networks of up to 30 users. Our support services include educating our customers so that they can embrace new technology and maximise the potential of their IT. We prevent and repair the most common IT problems and keep companies running smoothly, through a combination of pro-active preventation strategies and rapid on-site response when needed.
Founded in 2004 by Mark Lilleyman, who spent 8 years working in the City at Reuters supporting real-time trading systems (so he's well used to dealing with demanding clients!), the company has a broad base of experience focussed on supporting and developing systems for small businesses and home users. By keeping our target market to customers with smaller networks, we have built up a unique insight into the requirements of this market.
We believe that small businesses deserve the same IT support that larger companies are able to provide in-house. In addition to providing ad-hoc support we are also able to advise you on the directions of your IT in line with your business strategy, allowing you to anticipate the future of your IT and budget accordingly.
TechDivision is based in Richmond, Surrey and provides services covering Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Kingston,
Hampton and surrounding areas. We are able to maintain an excellent response time by operating close to these areas.
