Home users - Bring your laptop / PC into our office, our in-house rate is less and we only charge for effective time. So the minimum cost to you would be £15 plus VAT. Small Businesses - If you commit to a minimum monthly spend we reduce our rate for you. Remember don't risk losing your data leading to downtime in your business, we'll do your backup for you, whether it's weekly or monthly we'll visit your office and provide on-site support whilst we're with you, a good way to optimize the value in this is to store up your IT needs and we can handle them all at one time. We have kept our prices simple, taking the stress out of invoicing. Any software or hardware provided is charged separately, call us for an estimate.

	On-site ad-hoc support, per hour Minimum charge of 1 hour In-house, telephone or remote ad-hoc support, per hour Charged in units of 15 minutes. Contracted support, per hour *Customers committing to a minimum monthly spend, or taking up backup services qualify for Contracted support rates. 	NB: Backup service prices include all backup hardware and software (which remain the property of TechDivision), travel time, travel costs, off-site storage and up to half an hour of on-site ad-hoc support per visit. A minimum 12 months contract applies. Prices quoted are per visit.
