What do I do now?
Depending on which tool you choose, your Techie will tell you what to click on. Then sit back, relax and watch whilst the problem is solved before your very eyes.
You can rest assured that this tool can't be used to spy on you. All through the process, you'll be able to watch whatever your Techie's doing, and when your session's over, the software will automatically uninstall itself.
