At TechDivision, we offer flexible pricing options to suit different business needs and budgets. From contracted support to pre-purchased blocks and ad-hoc assistance, we have a solution for every situation.

Contracted Customers

Our contracted customers are our highest priority. That can really count in a crisis. Don't risk losing your data, leading to downtime in your business. Let the specialists run your IT systems for you, and when you need us, we'll be there. No raising a ticket on a web-based helpdesk, no 'Your call is important to us'. An engineer, on the phone, in minutes – and on-site within the hour, if necessary. That's the advantage of using a local company.

Pre-Purchased Block Support

We understand that some companies don't want to commit to a monthly support agreement. So as an alternative, we provide pre-paid hourly support packages. With pre-paid support, you get higher priority than our ad-hoc callers (although not as high priority as contracted customers). So same-day response is possible, and for a small up-front payment, you can have the re-assurance of knowing we're there immediately if disaster strikes.

There are a number of services we offer, but the following gives some illustrative examples of the sort of prices we charge:

For businesses wanting to cover their IT support costs with one monthly fixed cost, we can help. Our prices start from £85 per server and £15 per PC per month.

Ad-Hoc Support

Finally, we also support ad-hoc customers. If you've got a problem, and you're a small business owner, call us – for people that haven't used our services before, we can guarantee a same day on-site service in the event of a disaster (within Richmond!).
